HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We charge the standard rates of the USPS without adding any additional cost! 

Keep in mind we do not ship to states where Delta 8 THC & CBD is illegal, including: 

Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Kentucky, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont and Washington.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?

All orders ship within 0-2 business days depending on volume! Monday through Friday! 

Please allow us a little extra time on our wholesale orders so that we can make sure your big purchases are going out correctly!

HOW LONG DOES FREE SHIPPING TAKE?

Our shipping is delivered via USPS and is First Class & Priority Mail! It takes anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on the service. Priority Mail is more consistently 1-3 days but the USPS has been experiencing delays with the pandemic!

WHAT IF MY ITEM BREAKS DURING SHIPPING?

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, Juse will replace it at no cost. Simply notify our support team at or through our Contact Us form and we'll sort it out within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We'll take care of the rest!

Don't throw anything away until you speak with a rep; we might need the package back! In the event you're asked to ship a package back, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label. Send us a message and we'll take care of you!
